The CONNECT Program is a free group program for adults (55+) who want to feel more connected, learn helpful tools for managing emotions, and build community.
We aim to promote accessibility, joining the program by phone or virtually. You will receive material before the group starts that provides information, direction, and helpful exercises. Each week, you'll join a friendly group call guided by a trained facilitator.
Together, we'll share, learn, and support each other through mindfulness, self-compassion, and meaningful conversation.

How It Works
Call in yourself, or we can call you.
It’s free and easy to join. Each session is held over the phone or virtually (depending on your group and region). You participate in one call a week for six weeks. Groups are led by caring and trained facilitators who guide the group with kindness and respect.
